long as you don't cut through the main loam like i did with the grinder its a cool thing to do

Fark coxsy how did you manage that? Did you not pull your lights out and have a nosey first or did you just slip? Would of added a fair bit of time to the job.
Found that link the other week, its a good write up. I would be more worried about that LPG tank than the quarter panels though haha. Should be doing mine in the next few weeks. Think I will use that sika flex stuff but I just have to check what its worth first.

cut the outer first so could see whats what. jammed the loam out of the way to cut the inner, 5'' disc cuts wire faster than you can blink any way all fixed months ago,

nice -might need some seam sealer to join the new panel on the underside.
Also while im here, am fixing the dent which was left there when a tree ran up and hit me then ran off again...making the tail lights fit again is not so much fun

sikaflex is a seam sealer, i use it on aircraft daily.
