How tough - Suzuki Gearbox

Hey all,

My escudo gearbox has started makn a few moans and groans, mainly a whine in 4th at low revs with load on it(going up hills etc)

Also has a little rattle if you give the motor a squirt when its in neutral(found when tinkering yesterday)

So my question is how strong are they, will see a bit of offroad use in the next couple of weeks and daily driving.

Other than the above its sweet, doesnt pop out of gear or anything.

Think it mite just be buggered clutch release bearing.. thoughts?

i had a v6 vitara and it whined a bit in 4th gear and its still all good and i thrashed that thing alot haha
