broken something

think i have etiher broken a CV or damaged the free wheeling hubs, not sure yet.
anyone got a quick way to check?

Jack it up both sides, lock the hubs, spin wheels around, turn steering wheel side to side. If you feel or hear grinding it is most likely the cv.
