Kaimanawa Forest submissions **Important**

A reminder that submissions close on March 10 in regard to future use of
this 77000ha block of public land. Under the suggested plan there is no
allowance for 4x4 use away from graveled 2WD roads. Check the situation
on http://www.nzfwda.org.nz or search it on http://www.doc.govt.nz
It doesn't take much to write a courteous suggestion that there should
be provision for 4x4 use (even if it has to be by a permit scheme).
Remember there are a lot of other people who will be supporting the plan
to ban vehicle use...even if they may never visit that region!
