Thats the power on relay isn't it? Took mine out in the weekend, its 12 volt. Going to us it in the comp truck.
You can just bypass it.

done that tonight but put a kill switch there instead,yellow wire i hooked up to 24 volt,but the white did not use but winch still works and ur right that the white is 12 volt on my meter hows that when its all wired up as 24volt,strange ??do i need to use that white wire anymore ,handheld control still works on the winch.or is that overload wire to cut winch if it gets hot??
