STOLEN - My wheels from my hilux last night!! 03/11/09

They got 3 off but couldnt get the locknut on the 4th undone so stole my spare - maybe thort it was the same in the dark but its not so anyone out 4wding in the chch area please look out for some dodgy looking pricks with one mismatched wheel.

3 x Maxis Bighorne 33x15x12.5 on 8" white spokes powder coated black.
1x Good year wrangler 33x15x12.5 on factory hilux rim painted black.

any info please contact me, these wheels have stand out features that i will pick.

I've got a set of Bighorns on rims in my mates garage you can borrow for a week or two if need be.

My tyres arrive next month..looks like ill have to get some lock nuts !!

Was takin from up my driveway in burwood while everyone was sleeping.

Had lock nuts that only stoped them taking one wheel, the other one looked like they had takin to it with a chisal but couldnt get it.

Maybe 2 locknuts a wheel and done up as tight as pos is the trick??

I had the white writing to the inside to make them all black intead of to the outside like others do

No worries, let me no if ya want rims or tyres, if you just want it rolling you could put my kumhos on the front and alloys on back, which corner do you still have a wheel?
Hang on to those sizzor jacks they left the truck on, i reckon it would be pretty sick justice to catch them with your tyres and smash them with there own jacks

Got a set of 35" creepy crawlers and some new rims, gone use two lock nuts and chain them lol.

Others still havnt been found so please keep an eye out people in chch area and local rivers.

Next time the tyres are off you can spray your plate number inside the rim, then when they get a flat or something there is something to identify the rim and poss find the crim.

Just hope the guy's at Tony's or wherever looks at it and comments or notes the plate number.

Bloody good idea mate, tyres are geting fitted on rims on monday ill do something like that before they are.
