yeah D22 crossed with a rodeo.
diesel ver i think is a copy of the old isuzu atmo diesel motor. will be slow as @#$.
i don't think they could ever sell them cheap enough.
actually i'm surprised they have even gotten past the emission regs.

they passed emissions but the ancap test was a disaster! worst ever tested!!
http://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/motoring/2967202/Proton-ute-slammed-by-ConsumerARB looked at doing a canopy but had to make re-enforcing brackets for the well-side
