New Tires

Post by motorhead »

Need a new set of tires for the Pajero and would likr to limit it to $300 per tire. What would be the best for the $? Plan on doing road, mud, sand and rocks so I need a good all round tire. I know there is alot of info out there, trying not to make the same mistakes that others have made.

Was looking at 32x11.5-16 Pitbull Growler 4wd Mud or 31/10.5R15 Kumho KL71 MT.

Cheers

Ive just bought some 33" Goodyear Wranglers. 5 of them cost me $1800.00 all up including fitting balancing and wheel alignment. Good option if you can stretch a bit further :)

Thanks for the info so far. Will have to crank the torsion bars on the Paj to get 33's to fit and not sure I want to go that big on this truck, will be looking for a SWB variety down the road sometime so will set that one up more heavy duty the this one, the LWB needs to hold me for now.

You want a set of 35's for that price? Might be able to get them, as I will probably stick to the 33's on the hippo, can't suck too much power from tyhe poor old girl!
