How bigger offset can i go for my safari with 15x10" steel rims with out cutting my gards?

Im running -44 on 15x8 + 33" tyres on a 2" lift (spring) and no body lift, no guard chop, seems to be o.k on my lwb, not sure if that info helps

You should introduce yourself man.
My patrol runs -44 also on 15x10s I think with 3inch sus lift and guard chop. Still had to extend my bumpstops 20mm to stop my 35s dragging in the rear.
I may be wrong but doesn't the diameter of the tyre determine the offset needed to clear the chassis, inside of the arch and leaf springs depending on the truck at max spring compression and still allow full steering movement? Also if you go too wide the tyres catch the outside skin of the arch. Suspension height also plays a part right?

So I think you want to know:
-What diameter tyres you want to run and maybe the suspension range of movement?

The tyre place I use had a book which referenced ideal offsets so you could try at a tyre place near you maybe.
