Re: Goodyear Wrangler MT/R
I have a couple of mates who have them thats the older style and they rate them pretty well not sure about the new style.
Re: Goodyear Wrangler MT/R
I run them (old pattern) on my E class trials truck and am happy with their performance - seems to help to have some horsepower to spin them up
. Not sure about how well they wear on the road sorry. I suspect that the Maxxis Bighorns will be cheaper at current prices.

Re: Goodyear Wrangler MT/R
I've had good runs from the last 2 sets (33's). On road wear for me was good, I'd sell them half worn at 35-40,000km.
On road wasn't too bad, better than BFG's on rock, but suffered in the mud a little, but for the price (I paid $250ea) I was happy overall.
If I can get another set of the old pattern for the same price, I'll be running them on the VX, as the new ones are well overpriced @ $500 odd ea

What vehicle are they for?
The old style were good offroad and were very tough on the road. A friend ran them on a patrol for a while and you could hardly tell they were used on the road daily. Seemed to be quite puncture resistant too. The buckshots seemed to be ok also but I've never driven offroad with a set. Just seen them on vehicles and most people seemed to be happy.
Had no experience with bighorns....
