Are you using Hilux push pull steering (standard Hilux) or Crossover steering (surf style power steering box)

If you are turning the passenger wheel then the axle tramp bar is not needed if you are turning the drivers wheel (standard) then you do need it to stop power and brake application throwing you into traffic or parked cars

o yeh sweet its the standard blizzard steering which goes across to the passenger wheel 1st then goes across to the drivers, that explains why blizzard didnt have one, but what i cant understand is why the blizzard had a pan hard rod i didnt bother putting that back in as it looks to restrict suspension travel, not that i have much from leaves but ...

Blizzards are factory crossover type.

What are you doing about the driveshaft angle from the offset transfer case to the centre hilux diffhead?

nothing haha it wasnt a massive differance so i havnt been to wooried about it, universal will just take a bit of punishment ha, but if it does become an issue ill just chuck a hilux box in it
