I've blown a manifold gasket and so need to take everything apart to fix but I've read somewhere that it's a bit of a struggle taking the turbo and manifold off...?

Anyone done it and got any tips?

cant remember skids one being difficult but we took it off when the engine was out and still hanging on the hoist?
