not too sure what would fit.. mayb the 3L V6 out of the pajero would, u could always put zookie diffs and suspension on it or evan a ruggers! that would give you the soild axels.

why not put mitsi evo running gear in it? that would be a awesome wee package, bit of a body lift sum 33" tyres. make a good rally truck.

Was looking at a 540cu inch big block on trade me today... to hell with what fits, just start cutting till you get it in :)

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motor ... 506641.htm

540cu inch! Jeez, imagine pouring fuel into that... or imagine being able to afford fuel after buying it... 16k just for a motor!

Still... Hilux axles would look good under it - presume they are passenger output like the other Paj's so you'd need to section and re-weld the front axle but you would have a cool truck when it was done

cant do a body lift as its that crappy monocoque (spelling) design like jeeps and ravs, rugger diffs sound good.... if it happens it would deffinatly be a budget build...

as for the standard drivetrain... wasnt planing on using it... hadnt thought that far ahead really... but the cut it till it fits phiosophy sounds good... :D
