hotter plugs

hi all
I am running BP5HS plugs and they are fouling a bit too often for my liking what is a hotter spark plug number?
want to try this before throwing more money away
any help appreciated

OK ive been down this road and it depends on the manufacture on weather the hotter plugs have a bigger or smaller number.

i went into a good auto shop BNT in my case and talked to the chap behind the counter in the end i got a "6" plug but i think that was champion other plugs could have a "4" and still be hotter than a "5"

confussed I was to begin with, talk to your supplier
