MY 93 gq Safari started leaking coolant from the heater area and once i pulled the dash apart i found the heater radiator to be farked, It couldnt be repaired as the end tanks were plastic so i had a custom alloy one made for around $200, the Genuine one was around $650-700

I have had that happen on my GQ when the a/c drain pipe in the engine bay was blocked with mud. Easily cleared with a piece of wire.
Re: dash leaks
Mikey, pretty sure you don't have airconditioning just a standard heater.
I think you will find it is the pipe to or from the heater that is leaking, we will have to pull it out one weekend and have a proper look.
Good to see you found the site, you'll have to post up some pictures in the new members thread.
And I won't even mention you getting it stuck in the Appleby the other day
