hi just started anew project ihave just puchased 87 110 rover flat deck ex body chassis and tray x waiouru farm truck needs new motor so im installing a rangie motor big tyres and pto ramsey winch preferably under the tray once its repainted etc i should have close to a new truck for under 8 k now with all the discos around for bugger all $.
Im of to check the landie forum for goodies.

Especially of the Ramsey and PTO. What was the original motor. You replacing the gearbox too? Auto or manual?

Just getting the hang of this site i have to remove pto from rangie with out removing floor, maybe a jig saw and rivet repair will try get heap of pics up next week ,I should have winch mid mounted under truck tray for all to see.I will try a project build page set up . original motor in 110 is 3.5 v8 solex carbs worn cam145 ks have s/h cam to fit and see how it runs ,if no good the rangie motor will go in . the will be a rough rangie still regoed and wofed coming up for sale soononce i get the 110 motor sorted.
