Ive had the same problem before trying to advertise my dog for stud, apparantly you can only auction/sell a physical product, not a service ie, advertising or the services of stud dog damit, my dogs getting frustrated.... its been a while
i dont see the difference though, end a the day trademe get a cut of the winnings

It's more likely that there were more views from that auction as a direct result of it being linked to this forum than some random taking exception to it (and note I did not say forum MEMBER)

Make specific mention that you are not providing a promotional "service" for prospective advertisers.

I would say pretty much what you had already there, but change it to read:
