POS PAJ MOTOR & TRANS SWAP

All jokes aside

, when does it end? Glow plugs, broken rocker arm and scored cam, head gasket, electrical problems, starter ring gear and now the front main seal is blowing oil. It never leaked a drop before. The underside of the wagon always clean and dry. Is something plugged up? When I blow into the breather tube(from rocker cover to air inlet) it will let pressure build and the take no more air, is this right? Don't think it's a seal failure but pressure build up.
Need help please

None.
I was about 80ks out of town when I first spotted leak, remove breather tube from air inlet on the way back home and it "seemed" to leak less but could be wishfull thinking

My paj drops oil too. Where is the 'PCV' valve?

No PCV noted anywhere. Lost just under a liter in about 80 ks

Ok, I've made a decision...found out the increase of crankcase pressure more then likely due to worn rings. With that in mind and the fact that the fly wheel gear being bad and trans bearings are starting to growl abit, I am going to recon parts truck motor and swap it into my wagon along with the auto trans.
Need to swap pedal assy, drive shafts, center consoul...anything else? Is the computer the same?
Any advise would be great

I would swap the motor , but not the auto, there will be extra wireing needed to run the auto gearbox... it would be better to keep you eye on trademe or another manual gearbox and go from there ( My 2 cents )

Hay Motorhead, what is the outcome for this?

Had front seal replaced, leaks a little still due to excessive blowby. Removed breather vent tube from inlet and put to catch can but still have a pressure build up

Found a broken balance shaft belt, runs much smoother now

.
Is the 2.8 a drop in? What about wiring? Would it be worth the trouble?
