Can i fit 15x8" rims on my 1994 disco?
Were can i get a lift kit that lifts it more than 2" from?

Anything is possible, just depends on the size of tyre you plan to fit to those rims and how much cutting of the guards you want to do.
Too wide a tyre and you loose a lot of steering lock, one of the benefits of a Discovery off road.
