My 92 surfs ass seems to be giving way to gravity. Its standard height and I'd like to keep it that way too.
I'm sure someone could let me know if I need to replace shocks, springs or both?

hey mate, try to remember search function for next time but as for helping, very common problem with surfs including my own,all will have an opinion on what brand to get but as with most things the more you spend the better quality,i replaced mine with a full old man emu kit,has been in there for almost 4 years now and still no sag,did cost me $1650 tho so yeh, best option is to do both springs and shocks at the same time, yours are both probly original and will be well past there lifetime

What city are you in?
Is it coil or leaf spring?

Close to Hamilton. Its coil in the rear.
I think on my budget doing the whole lot might be a bit much.

Cheers,
