suzuki escudo lift

hey, i had a quick look in the search function, but couldnt find anything. Does anyone know if suzuki 2000cc 5 door springs can be put in a 1600cc 3 door escudo to give it a lift. i know the 5 door 1600cc can be used, but are the 2000cc ones the same? 1991 2000cc 5 door escudo springs into a 1989 1600cc 3 door escudo. looking at doing it today

I'm pretty sure they are able to be used, but the 2.0L 5-door springs have a higher spring-rate than the 1600 ones so you get a slightly harder ride and slightly more lift (due to the reduced compression with the lighter 1600 front end.)
