Wireing up a winch

Post by You Get That »

I just got a GEW 9000 winch any idea how to wire it up?
if someone had a wireing diagram that would be great or just pictures and a talk on how you did it would do.
Thanks

Long red wire to battery positive, other colours from solenoid to the colour on studs on the winch. Little black wire from solenoid box and big long black wire to bolt on bottom of winch. other end of big black wire to battery negative.

Edit: Assuming it's the same as ewx 12000 and about 5 other winches i've wired up
