lesson lernt for me thats for sure, last year my all my glow plugs burnt out as my alternator packed a sad and cooked them all, anyway the old tart started ok without them as it was summer, cut a long story short, truck wud not start sat morning as its colder at 6.00am,anyway had glow plugs for months to replace my broken ones, but u know did not get round to it,sunday morning whiped out glow plugs got to the last one and guess wot the tip was missing and yes it fell into the piston, fark fark,on the phone to wozel at 8.45am sunday morning, wot am i guna do got lake daniels anzac weekend fark, fark, got to get it sorted, the reason being i am guessing is that as they wernt working for months they got all carboned up and soot build up on them and when the alternator cooked them made them briitle,so the tip stayed there as the rest of the glow plug turned twisted off and broke,so a lesson lernt fix it soon as u can
