Wheel Bearing/Hub fitment?

I am in the middle of refitting my drivers side hub back to my hilux after shearing some of the studs. I have torqued it and set it up as per the settings in my workshop manual (although I don't have the scale thing to check bearing preload). Anyway have fitted new wheel bearings and their all properly greased up as had a garage do that when they pressed the new bearing shells in. My question is if I spin the tyre there is significantly more resistance in the drivers side with the new bearings as opposed to the passengers side. If I spin it lightly the drivers wheel will rotate 2-3 times whereas the passengers side will spin 4-5 (bearings not replaced on that side). Haven't fitted the brake calliper back up again so its not that. Is the difference likely to be just the new bearings or is something wrong?

There will be a new seal fitted with the new bearings, this will cause drag, if your old seal has done more than 20,000Kms it will be due for replacement
