Seem to hear & feel slight clunk or some loose movement whenever I move off or after gearchange, Feroza is EL111 91 model, have felt same in other Ferozas, doesn't seem to cause some driver's much concern but as I rebuild this vehicle I would like to fix this problem. Maybe it becomes part of Ferozas after about 250,000 klms, could it be some pinion looseness or gearbox / tranfer wear? really like to hear more from others whom experience this and may be able to suggest fix.

check to see if their is any play in any of the drive shaft universals.
My Zuk does this and i know that it is a worn uni on the intermediate shaft from gearbox to transfer that is causing the problem.

Could be excessive backlash or flogged suspension bushes too. My patrol made that clunking noise as a result of these things. Just test the unis by hand or with a bar and check the bushes by sticking it in gear and rocking it back and forwards watching the bushes to see if they move excessively. Backlash values can be found in the service manual for the truck usually.
