right guys hom many people ya know get to go out and have a play on there wedding day?


well i am organising the whole day what i have planned is for all the family and friends to meet at the waipara river below double corner rd few beers and wine etc.

now this is the bit i need a hand with (i need a few trucks)
a heap of trucks turn up the MC tells everyone to get in you all take them down to the Amberly rocks for the wedding.
afterwards a bit of a play back up to the bridge so friends family can get there cars



so in a nut shell what ya think can anyone help

traffic management Plan
parking
making off an area for wedding
safe evacuation plans

all so we can take the trucks down park up and have our wedding on a public beach how nice of them.


but on a good note they not saying NO

but we do need a few more trucks so any one else putting your hand up

with talking to the club last night they confirmed a few trucks with more to follow
i suggested having a fun/club day followed by BBQ and beers around mine a couple weeks after combined with 4x4events/ore members that help out on the day so it all go

On the cheeky chance i have e-mailed Simon (4WDTV) to see if he would like to cover the Wedding as something different.
And guess what, well i am in negotiation with him and Miranda to come over.........
