Why don't you use a hole that is already there? They will fit through the rubber grommets beside the other wiring.

As suggested use an existing hole, my truck is an auto, but there was a hole with grommet in it for the clutch cable.
Or you can piigy back with an existing loom.

Its a spare mate, you can have it for free....
Just copy the picture and save to your HDD, print it out later.

Good luck with the hole placment. I had an expert drill a hole thru my Aircond once when he was fiting an alarm system to my car....
Somehow it was my fault because the other cars he had done were fine.

I think you miss the point.
Aircon works by the fact that as a liquid expands into a gas it cools down. Now by drilling the hole in the system, the alarm tech was actually allowing the gas to expand to a greater degree.
Logic would then state that he has actually improved you aircons efficiency :!:

Would it make a difference if the hole he drilled was in the engine bay or the cab?????

if you want it done properly send the firewall over to NZ and we will drill the required hole in a location we think is most suitable and then return it to you

I have removed the firewall this evening but I will have to wait until I sell quite a few softdrink bottles to pay for all the stamps to post it to NZ. Unless I can get someone to take take it back as hand luggage.

Thinking about doing the same thing, maybe we could swap firewalls, it will save on postage sending only one way. I knew my degree would come in handy. :)

Now you are being just plain stupid. The piece of tube is going from the engine to the gauge so you have drill it from the engine bay or else the hole will be in the right direction!

Too much WA sun for you I think
