Surf for sale - supra, bobbed, lokka rear, lsd frnt, disks

Hi guys. Well I know its been short but I am thinking of selling the surf. Have just upgraded my jet boat and have a rather sizable loan that really needs paying off and selling the truck would really help.

What you see is this time what you get. Have fixed the electrical issues and it goes really well now. Its really capable, Lokkas are mint! The first time I took it out I realized that I spent most of the day with one of the leads not on properly which explained why its seemed to bog down. Took it out today running on all six and went great. These are a well proven motor.

I have extended the front bump stop to sort that issue.

Hand brake is wicked, will hold on any hill and is great off road. Not sure if it shows a pic in the other thread but its a disk brake on the drive shaft from some fancy US 4wd site.

Winch worked well the one time I have used it so far

Mechanically the truck is great.

To get a cert from what I can see it will need

Flares
drive shaft hoop
probably the welding on the rear shock mount going over (as seen in pic) also the same with the rock sliders.
Bob could probably be tidied up a bit but depends how far you want to take it could get it to a certable with not too much work.
Perspecs put in rear window
windscreen

Think thats about it.

Rego on hold

comes with a spare motor including loom computer and sensors etc and some coon springs and a couple of alternators one of which i think is ok the other has stuffed bearings.

Test rides welcomed, may as well get as much use out of it as i can before I sell it haha so if anyone is interested let me know and i'll take you for a spin

I'm not in a great hurry to get rid of it, its still a new exciting toy for me!. Will probably throw it on trademe in the next couple of weeks if no one on here is interested.

Sorry mate thought I had replied to this. Motor is a good runner as far as i know but I would guess it would burn a bit of oil being old?

For anyone interested in buying the truck it now comes on 35inch creepys!
