Nice... I just bought a complete conversion as well... so one more to roll off the production line in due course.

Might try to find a 7M-GTE twin turbo for it too :D Apparently there is no-one entering the drifts with a Surf, so why not me?

The 3Y flywheel go in alright on that one Mike?

Slap the 5M into your old double cab, turn it into a mac monster, go thrash it like you stole it :)

The 7M-GTE is only single turbo... 265BHP. I sold one to Pinky $50 with loom ecu etc... drop him a line he may still have it. The heads for the 7M are totally different to the 5M so the bits probably wont fit. I must say my 7M-GE is singing at the mo with the piggy back Jarcar controller !

Craig had a real 5M flywheel, although I have to say it was a light one compared to the rest I have done.. it fits, it works.. done. Probably rev rather well with but maybe drop some down low... Still you don't fit 5M/7M's for low down torque, they rev so well :)

If ya don't want it feel free to throw it back in the shed, or chuck it on trade me... I don't mind... I'm pretty sure I have drunk all the beer you gave me for it :drunken:

Oh, and as an aside... Mike, the body on your truck in your avatar came from the same owner as the truck Craig owns.

He had the yellow one, and bought the red one for spares... but sold the Yellow one to a guy in Amberley who didn't want the red one (I think he wanted an excessive amount of money for it), who from memory then sold it to Craig a bit later on.

Meanwhile the first guy still couldn't sell the red one, so eventually I got it cheap and you got the body to replace the first one you wrecked.

That one didn't last long either... lol...

I've got a 5M you can have for a bottle of Beam, needs rebuilding tho

Craig, Do you still want that PSteer pulley?

Thanks, but not required as I used the Lux power steer pump instead of the 5M. Makes it easier to connect the plumbing, you can see the pic shows the Lux pump on bottom right and 5M one missing top left.

That second one belongs to Mudrat, a local... if you're gonna buy it then I'll give you his number and you can save him the trademe fees (and tell him he owes me beer for the money he saved )

[quote="SupraSurf"]Its too clean... didn't you get all ugly like the rest of us :)

Was looking good Craig. Few more trips and we might even be able to get you your side like mike has so much fun doing. (Any wonder his tyres don't wear out, they don,t touch the ground for as often as as the rest of us)
Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!
