GQ dash light question?

Feel stupid asking this but what is the dash light far left bottom below fuel light?, It has two pipe looking things with some fluid level with a drop coming off the bottom. I have been having charging issues on start up this light comes on with the charge light slight rev and it goes away.

I had the exact same thing happen to me today! I think that is the low brake fluid indicator light, haven't checked the level, but am sure it's not low. Not sure whats going on, had no problems with batteries not charging.

In my case can't be that as I disconected that sensor as the light stays on constantly even after putting in a new filter.

Thanks Coxsy its the water in fuel filter warning light. I new the owners manuel would be good for something. I don't have one. Good to know what it is will sort it out.
