Offroad-Express

Can anyone tell me where to find the rules that I will need to comply to in order to be able to compete in things such as a winch challenge, coast to coast etc.

I want to build a rig (road legal) and start having some fun but I cant find any info on whats allowed and whats not.

My experience says the NZFWDA site is a was of space, cyber or otherwise.
