the side that sticks out the most goes towards the cltuch cover .There is not enough room the other way ,the centre hub will hit the flywheel bolt heads.hard to tell from the photo .give us a side profile of the ctuch plate

Its too hard to tell from those pics but the flatest side goes to the flywheel.
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

Still got Phils input shaft here.... I booked it out for another week :mrgreen:

Its official I am the dumbist of the dumb c#@ts
Apparently when they panit FW on the clutch plate its the side that goes against the flywheel. Who would have guessed.
And if you put it on the wrong way then try to force the gearbox in to gear it will bend a new clutch plate...

i pulled a mk1 cortina engine down then pulled it out of the engine bay to find the flywheel was loose , :oops: changed the ring gear a few weeks before , off course I tightened the bolts right :oops:
89 safari, pto winch, 33x15 simexs. sliders,75mm lift . turbo intercoolered

nearly as funny as those guys who re-drilled a falcon 6 flywheel only to find if they had turned it round some more it would of lined up :lol: :lol: :lol:
80 Series on 35" creepies, manual with twin factory lockers.
