or can some one tell me where to go to buy a snorkel for a reasonable price as fully equipped want over $400 for there ones

$400 sounds about right, unless your handy with a welder and cutting equipment.

Sometimes you just have to pay top dollar to get a good product.Often the cheaper snorkels dont flow as good as the dearer ones.
Personally when finances allow im going to replace my airflow snorkel with a Safari .
If you have poor airflow you get less power , worse fuel economy & higher EGT temps.
A good quailty snorkel is a cheap performance upgrade.
