i have a 1991 toyota surf(2.4 turbo 2lt) which i am re-powering, so the old engine is up for grabs it is still in car and driven daily its a very strong motor and its very fast,does not blow any smoke at all altho it could do with some new glow plugs as i glow them twice when cold but it always starts first pop every time, price is for complete motor including injector pump and turbo but does not come with alternator or starter motor, it is a factory manual but does not include gear box but i think they have different injector pumps, price will be cheaper if you just want bear block so no turbo and injector pump ect ,test drive welcome, and as its still in my car i wont be pulling it out until sold, its done about 280000 ks and i am unsure of motor history as i have only owned it for 6 months all i have done is blocked the egr valve and have given it a full service(oil,all filters), i dont no about the cam belt but its not hard to do while the engine is out, this truck has never had a tow bar so never done any hard work and it has never over heated on me, its a very clean looking motor with no leaks and the head does look like its a new one but i cant say for sure.

$1000 without turbo, and pump ect
or can negotiate price if you want the odd part, may do a trade for new 1kzte head
also i may sell a 2.8 (3l) diesel motor that i have in my parts surf can see it running if i dont pull it out first
