Master trade/plumbing trade shop. They use rubber joiners to go from pvc to ceramics pipes. Not sure on sizes but I know you can get 100mm stormwater pipes so you should be right. Cruise round to one of those shops and they should sort ya.

Yeap I got some from TRT or something.

Bloody expensive even for the rubber ones I got. I have a spare 45 and a 90 that I'd sell for cheaper than retail if interested...But go get a quote first so you know for yourself what retail is

Personally, I'd suggest against 4". It looks way too farking HAAAAA....UUUUUGE and your friends and peers are going to take the piss out of you  a 3" one done the same way would be way way way cheaper, give you less of a blind spot and will flow more than any airflow etc snorkel.

4 inch would look ridiculous.... no need to go any bigger than the diameter of you exhaust pipe.

.
desiels need to breath, but 4" would look rather large. I would think 3" would sufice, most snorkels are that big at the top.

Mines 4' wide.
I don't think it looks that huge. :?

But yep. Like tallsam said. No use going bigger than the tail pipe.

Stainless looks cool with the black rubber bends in it.
If you choose silicone. I thought they are commonly blue not black?

depending on the strech and durabilty your after you can get a couple hundred 4" rubber bands from the warehouse for about 5 dollars or go to paper plus for the good ones for about 10 buks...

but seriously you only need 3" stuff man, 4 would be a waste of time and stick out like dog nuts and more likely to get smashed off in the trees. and as mentioned the slicone stuff redily avaliable from repco/supacheap. silicone more resistant to heat and pressure as its reinforced etc etc
If you already know everything, DON'T ask bloody questions!!

absolute rubbish.

Take a look at 99% of factory vehicles which have a LARGER throttle body diameter than the tail pipe.

look at a motorcycle motor. Often their muffler tip is the size of a piece of garden hose- and they will have one or two or three or four throttle body's or carb openings ETC which have many MANY times the area of that tail pipe opening.
