how much it cost and what is involved please . i looking at a car with lpg but it expires in dec

about $40 and they check the lpg tank exterior and the condition of the hoses and assoiciated fitting etc

its a annul check as well

LPG cert is a bit more than that - around $80-odd when I had it in the Cruiser about 3 years ago. And with present prices of LPG, not worth having. When comparing prices, remember you'll use about 20% more, and lose about 10-20% in power unless you get a specialist tune and increase compression. And if LPG is fitted, you need the cert to get a WOF, even if you're not using it.

So don't think of the LPG as an extra benefit when considering purchase, although it's relatively easy to remove the system as long as it's fitted as a dual fuel - not dedicated LPG.

it is lpg only but it is a ex cop commodore so will be tuned. talked to someone today and been told they good on gas and go realy well
