1990 TD27 Terrano manual

Hey guys,

Just let the escudo go and replaced it with a Terrano. Basically as fun as the escudo was and as much as i enjoyed it, i couldn't fit a bunch of mates and dive/fishing/camping gear in it and head away somewhere so needed something a tad bigger ;-)

Question is: Let's say, ummm, cough cough, the odometer wasn't working (but the speedo was working correctly) and i wanted to fix it - is there a certain place/wire i would be best to start looking at to find the previous owner's switch which he may or may not have installed?

Obviously i would never do this myself which is why any help with methods of disconnecting the odometer with the speedo still working would help me to fix what the previous owner has done haha

While i'm at it, can anyone recommend some decentish rear springs for the ass end? Not wanting to go hard out on it, mainly a fishing/hunting wagon but a little more clearance never hurt anyone.

p.s. anyone got a set of 31's for sale?

Cheers guys
