Hey fellas i'm new here. I own an 1991 Isuzu Trooper (also known as a Holden Jackaroo)2.6 Petrol, manual transmission. I have been told that a 3.8L V6 Holden engine has the same engine mounts and doesn't need any adjustments for it to fit onto the transmission. If this is true or if anyone has done this engine swap before can you please let me know what modifications if any where needed for this.
Cheers Trooper

Re: Isuzu Trooper
Hey,
I haven't done this before but I have seen one some where. It was apparently just a bolt in fit, except the ECU needed to be changed etc. but was pretty straight forward.
Make sure you post up how it goes.
