Flexible coupling?
Hi looking for a flexible coupling for the Y60 Safari (rubber spacer between unis on steering shafts). Nissan have told me $500 via Japan
. All the other shops say they cant get them, Ive tried speacialists and the usual part suppliers. Wreakers say the ones they have are stuffed too. Couple more places to try tomorrow but thought I would ask here?. Seem hard to find for a common part.

Re: Flexible coupling?
Hey,
I was looking in the engine bay of a saf and noticed the flexi drive you are referring to and thought it looked exactly the same as the one in my Terrano. Without measuring them it's hard to say. A terrano one would be easy to source as they are as common as muck and parts a cheap as chips.
Cheers,
Simon.

Thanks will try a terrano one. Would think Safari ones would be easy to find, or one from a atlas. Does anyone know were I could buy a bit of conveyer belt from?

Re: Flexible coupling?
You can't make it as it has steeel inserts where the bolts go through. On my old truck I replaced it with alli and it really didn't matter. Also that was certified and wasn't questioned.
Nissan Terrano coilovers, turboed VH45, Safari axles, and some other stuff.
