3B clutch and flywheel enough to handle 13BT swap?

Hey guys,
I've got a 3B manual in my BJ73 cruiser and I'll be getting a 13BT put in soon. Can anyone confirm if the standard clutch and flywheel from a 3B will be able to handle the extra torque of the 13bt turbo?
I do plan on running more boost and a 3" exhaust so will be making more than factory power, plus have ordered a lockright for the rear, all of which is going to put more stress on the clutch.
It has never slipped on or offroad but the 3B isn't a power house. It seems to hold on well because a while ago I pulled down a huge steel shed which had my 33' muds smoking on tarmac haha but that was 2wd without a locker/lsd.
Can anyone confirm?
