Nissin Patrol( possible Wrecking)

A friend of mine is thinking of selling" as as where is", Patrol turbo model,this 4x4 rolled on to it's roof into 12" of water at Hasst last year. The motor hydroliced? when started ,ran on 5 cyclinders, turbo OK, Drove it from copper creek to Hasst township, all the other running gear is OK, but body is pretty well nacked.
Was wondering what would be a realistic price to ask for it.

Juat back from copper creek last week - where was that? At the very top end was it?

Took us about 4 hours (& three dings) in the pouring rain to get down the track and about 20 mins for me (leader) to get back up it!

is it a factory turbo or aftermarket? does it have any good bits? lockers, trick suspension ? how many kms? auto or manual?

It was where you leave the trees at the start of the track and drop down onto the riverbed to the right. As you can see ,we rought off 3 4x4;s

Was that the trip Harald floated his Jeep away? What ever happened to the Prado that turned up on the Zig Zag down here? I presume it got writteen off?

Factory Turbo, manual gearbox, The tricky parts were fitted to the new nissin. I'll check out the Kms tomorrow

Yes , the Prado got a new Body , but the Nissin is realy only good for Parts

I bought a rolled patrol from turners about a year ago for $3000.
It had a superchargered TD42 in good nik, lockers front and rear, lift kit and mud tyres all running gear and chassis was in good condition just the roof was a bit bent.

Id think you may get around $1500-2000 for your friends.
