This turned up today

I'm assuming the bigger the lift the longer it needs to be?, Is there any common adjustments eg for a 2" lift it needs to be
x longer?

a few simple measurements and you should get it spot on. load up your wagon to what it normally is when cruising around and then measure the distance that your wheels stick out (or stick in) from your arches, keep adjusting till they are even.

its heavy hard steel, custom threaded, ticketed welded and garenteed , yes all that costs no matter how many you make

Found it on TM cheap
Could get JAFA to have a look at it and see what its costs to copy it if there is interest

Or you could just drop the mount at the chassis end, probably easier to fab and maintains correct geometry.

I've given up on adjustable rods. Once I have the lift sorted I make the rods up to suit. Even with a five inch lift on an 80 series cruiser, the panard rod only increases by about 10mm.
How many times are you going to change the length of the panard rod???

I'm with Jungle, once you have your ride height sorted, how often do you alter it?
My POS has 10" of suspension lift over std and I fabbed the mounts to suit a standard 80 series panhard rod.

I agree, adjustability is a waste of time, just make or use, a panhard that is as long and as flat as possible at ride height, and make the mounts to suit....

What you've got will work, but custom length ones are cheaper to make, lighter and arguably (is that a word) stronger. I have a bush one end like yours and a heim on the other. Just replaced heim after only 8 months service. Heim looks ok but has a sloppy ball

, looks like the teflon lining has dissappeared. I might try and put a rubber sleeve on each side of heim to keep teflon lining in and crap out.
Well... its a simalar subject.
