Hi,
I've been watching and learning from what you td27 boys have been doing, and starting to tinker. Just replaced injector pump aneroid Oring thingy between itself and pump housing. I hope it lives again  I'm reasonably confident.... I think :?
Anyway, I have the "Nissan model TD series 1st revision service manuel", and valve clearances are 0.35mm for inlet and exhast, when engine is warm. What should I set them to when engine is cold?
Starting from cylinder 1, the clearances at moment are, 0.2 0.6 0.475 0.4 0.6 0.5 0.25 0.5mm.

Cheers, Jeremy

Naaa... I've seen enough of them brake, die, drown, lie down too  . Happy with what I got. Admittedly, toymota has more after market parts/mods etc. There twin cab utes are over priced IMHO. My ones done about 260000kms and still going strong. Just repairing a few leaks and consumables ie clutch. It does get a hard time thou
