I have the titled manuel if anyone needs any info for TD23, TD25, TD27, and TD27T engine, head, lubrication and cooling system, and fuel system. Hope it might be of some help to someone.

Hi, Can you give me the torque settings for the manifold and head bolts for a 1998 Terrano TD27 (EFi) please. I'm fitting a new head but can't find the settings online anywhere. Cheers

Inlet manifold 13-19 Nm, 9-14 ft/lb
Exhast manifold 29-34 Nm, 22-25 ft/lb

Excellent! do you have the valve clearances and the torque for the injectors? Thanks very much for that

Injector nozzle, 54-64 Nm, 40-47 ft/lb
Intake and Exhaust valve clearance, .35mm warm (with my experiance about .3mm cold)
