It'll probably fire up and run if you tow it behind another vehicle and crash start it

Take the hand brake off
Last time you used it before parking it up did you have it in water?

Jack the back up, take wheels off, hit drum with large hammer around the outside.
If they free up, tow start at speed in 3rd gear.
I keep looking for the loose nut behind the wheel, but I can't find it!!

like he says or you can try it without step 1 and just tow it fast and dump the cluth a few times in 3rd and see if it lets go or rips the linings off the shoes

step 1 = check spark (good blue arc)
step 2 = check fuel (check fuel filter)
step 3 = check air (remove air filter)

those 3 items and good compression is all a motor needs to fire up... diesels get a little more complicated :?

this is assuming the above, was parked when running well and then left for awhile.. timing shouldnt be a problem unless someones fiddled with the dizzy :)
