some years ago a mate and i tried this same move and the standard rims of my IFS Hilux wouldnt fit the solid axle lux.Cheers Sawdoc

No it does work putting ifs rims on a beam axle truck, but does work the other way around.
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

must be an off set thing as the rims off my 91 LN107 deffinately wouldnt fit on the solid axle it may have been an odd set of rims. :?

they dont fit they hit they hit the steer arms on a solid
