Also I have to change the right rear window regulator, any tips appreciated.

Hi mate,

I did a youtube video a while ago for removing a window regulator, easy as, video here:

Don't think there are any secrets to swapping out the radiator, have a look in the manual and see if it needs bleeding, but don't think so from memory.

Good Luck
Hein

no bleed to do just swap it straight out, just when you refill coolant have heaters on hot and full noise and wait for bubbles to stop :)

Thanks for the tips :D , hey kernels, the vid is a great idea, only my rear door doesnt have a nice big hole in the framing to get the regulator out. Think ill need to get the grinder out with a cutting disc......

Random, that's a bit odd, would have thought they would all be identical. Anyway, have a objective look and think about it, they must have got it in there somehow when building the car, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have inserted it before welding the door together

Yeah I know, its got me abit baffled :? . I have looked and pulled and pushed and said %*&^$%. It also has a bar that goes along the skin (horizontally) like a side intrusion bar but didnt know they had them back then, that also takes up room. Anyways the grinder wasnt my first choice of weapon...the gas axe was
