im thinking around 10 at the lookout? (entrance to the park)

Adam-the tracks at woodhill are set up to accomodate shiny's and then there are those set up for serious comp trucks. http://www.jeep4wdpark.co.nz/
a/t should be perfectly capable i should think. What do the others think? im not going to be doing anything too serious. although there is always the possibility of panel damage even on the easiest of tracks. what do you drive?

and there should be mud!

Sounds good guys. Ill be there at 10 in my blue series 2a/defender.

Haha excellent there better be some series or defenders for me to look at.

Simon I'd love to go hard but I want to keep my gearbox for as long as I can even if it is terrible. Maybe ill just drop into the mud drags and see how far I get before something goes bang!

If you want to do the general tracks, AT's will be fine. If you want to do some of the challenging tracks.... You will want muddies..
And then theres the hard core tracks and a winch will be a must.

After this recent rain some parts of the forest which has a clay base will be fun
Which normally coincides with mud / water holes.

Have fun....

Bit of a late post, had a great time last Sunday out at Woodhill. It was the best conditions I've ever had 4x4ing and can't wait for winter to come back around.
Met a lot of good new people, thanks to sibianmud (never actually got your name) for looking after a couple of noobs like AJ and myself.
Also watched a Chrysler powered Landrover do Woodhill in 2x4 lol, gutted I bought a 4x4. Good driving all the same.

Cheers Guys.
