We rebuilt the motor in this and felt it required a thorough road test/thrash before advertising on trade me . So i put my 15 yr old son in it and watched . I had to make sure the successful bidder was going to be happy with the rebuilt motor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfDgoS9S_Aw

Fark me, i never new thats how to run in a new motor, feel sorry for the poor bugger who buys that.

The way to run in a motor is to drive it how you intend to drive it for the rest of its life. And that looks like a thrashzuki so looks like its being run in right

I can certainly See/Hear the potential there, by the time it frees up a bit and you remove the governor she will rev out nicely and Matt don't be afraid to keep your foot up it ,

100% . i do 70-100 km of medium load... changle oil and filter .. and then its drive it like its stolen

The engine was fully run in prior to this we just thought this would be a final test to make sure everything stayed inside the engine and that the cob webs were out of the exhaust .

how much does tony want for it?

Sorry dave its sold . new owner is happy as he has dramatically cut down the time it takes to get the stock in .

Thanks fitzy im going for my restricted in a months time ill be able to show the instructor a few tricks . im going for my restricted in dads 80 and it too runs a straight pipe

Good luck with your Licence Matt , I bet dad is letting you use the 80 because it will have to be CLEANED inside and out ready for the big day and I know who will be cleaning it . Don't tell the licence tester that you have been driving since you could see over the steering wheel .

It has the g16a we put a new crank shaft with new bearings in re seated the valves, really just a freshen up . The exhaust yes it is straight pipe with no mufflers and has extractors

you have been driving since you could see over the steering wheel .

seeing over the steering wheel was never an issue dad built this for us kids to learn to drive in until i could reach the pedals in the truck . This is me Xmas 2002 when i was 7 practising water crossings

oh well, must be about time i bought something new. Good luck with ya license matt, if it was judged on offroad driving skill you would of had it about 3 years ago I can already see you doing the rounds of girls schools in old peanut
