WTB: cheap turbo diesel truck

looking for anything really, gonna be using to travel to my coarse in chch this year, also a little off road fun.

Just want something fun and cheaper to run than my sr20det car.

Highly prefer manual, but consider anything, just post what you've got, and how much you want.

As cheap as can get please, must be warranted and reg'd though, Or easily warrantable.

Its only running 11psi, hard not too use a heavy foot... and even with lower boost its still gonna cost more, Plus i would like a truck for some 4wd fun.

seriously, we have a Vr4 galant that does palmy to hamilton on 3/4 of a tank,

fuel consumption is all down to how you drive. keep that power plant and stick it in a nissan nivara. or suzuki etc.

You mean put the sr20det into a 4wd? na bugger that way too much work. I know its how you drive it, and the sr20det is really economical on long trips, but this is like 25k trips each way per day, which eats up the fuel. plus i cant go 4wding in my car lol

Lol yeah thats the plan, I really wanna terrano because they cheap to run and they bloody reliable.
